Service A. Service B. Done to the letter.
Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche. Factory intervals, factory fluids, factory-trained hands. The maintenance that keeps your warranty intact and your residual value where it belongs.
Maintenance is the cheapest repair you’ll ever pay for.
Every six-figure repair we see starts with a missed service. A turbo that grenades because the oil interval stretched twice. A timing chain that snaps on a guide the dealer should have replaced at Service B. An Airmatic that ate a compressor because the air filter sat full of Miami pollen for two summers.
Maintenance is the cheapest insurance in this business. We do it to the factory schedule with the factory fluids, log every step in writing, and reset the service indicator on the same diagnostic tool your dealer uses. Below: what Service A actually includes, what Service B adds, and how each marque schedules itself.
Two intervals. Alternating. Roughly every 10,000 miles.
Mercedes alternates A and B on every visit. BMW, Audi, and Porsche follow similar light/full cycles. Here’s what’s in each — without the dealer’s upsell column.
Service A
- Synthetic motor oil & OEM filter to factory specification
- Brake fluid level & condition check
- Tire inspection, pressure, rotation
- Lights, wipers, washer fluid
- Multi-point visual inspection (40+ items)
- Service indicator reset via factory tool
- Digital service-record stamp
Service B
- Everything in Service A, performed to the same factory spec
- Brake fluid full flush (DOT 4 LV)
- Cabin / HEPA dust filter renewal
- Engine air filter inspection / renewal
- Coolant level & freeze-point test
- Steering, suspension & bushings check
- Drivetrain & CV-boot inspection
Four manufacturers. Four maintenance philosophies.
Every marque calls its scheduled service something different. We speak all four programs — and the factory diagnostic tool that resets each.

Eight things every visit earns.
This isn’t the upsell catalogue. This is the work that genuinely gets done on every scheduled maintenance ticket — without an asterisk, without a finance-office sign-off.
Genuine OEM Fluids
MB 229.5, BMW Longlife-04, VW 502/507, Porsche A40. The exact spec your engine was engineered for. Never a generic "European blend."
OEM Filters Only
Mahle, Mann, Bosch, Hengst — the same filters supplied to the factories. No aftermarket compromises on flow or filtration.
Factory Tool Reset
Service indicator reset via Sentry, ISTA, ODIS, or PIWIS. Your maintenance history populates the OBD records the next dealer or buyer will read.
40-Point Inspection
Visual under-bonnet, lift, undercarriage. We tell you what needs attention this visit, next visit, and not at all.
Tire Rotation & Pressure
Cross-rotated to manufacturer pattern. Pressures set to door-jamb specification. Tread depths logged.
Battery & Charging Health
Load test on the battery, alternator output measured. South Florida heat is brutal on AGM cells — we catch them before they strand you.
Digital Service Record
Stamped on the manufacturer’s digital service book where supported. PDF receipt with every part number on email file forever.
Honest Tell-You-No
If you don’t need a transmission flush, we won’t sell you one. If your brakes have a year left, we say so. Trust compounds with mileage.
Loaner & Concierge
Loaner cars on longer visits. Concierge pickup and delivery anywhere from Brickell to Bal Harbour, by request.
Four steps. One business day.
Book
Call, email, or book online. We pull your VIN, prep parts, confirm the slot.
Scan
Factory diagnostic scan logs every code before we touch a wrench. Photographs join the file.
Service
Master-certified hands. OEM parts. Factory torque values. Texted updates as we go.
Deliver
Road-tested, washed, returned. Digital service record on email and OBD.
The ones we hear at every drop-off.
If yours isn’t here, the phone is the fastest way. Lester or a senior tech picks up most weekdays.
Call (305) 740-3440 →No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, your factory warranty is protected when service is performed by a qualified independent shop using genuine OEM parts. Every receipt documents factory parts, factory procedures, and master-certified labour.
Service A is the lighter interval — synthetic oil and filter, brake fluid check, multi-point inspection, indicator reset. Service B adds cabin filter, full brake fluid flush, coolant check, and a deeper drivetrain inspection. Mercedes alternates A/B roughly every 10,000 miles or one year.
Yes. MB 229.5 synthetic for Mercedes engines, BMW Longlife-04 for BMW, VW 502/507 for Audi, and Porsche A40 for Porsche. Brake fluid is OEM DOT 4 LV; transmission fluids are the original specification (ATF 134, ZF 8HP, etc.).
Yes. We stamp the digital service book where supported (Mercedes, BMW, Audi) and write to the OBD service records via the factory tool. Any dealer pulling your VIN will see a complete history.
Service A is usually 2–3 hours; Service B is most of a working day. We confirm the timeline at booking. Loaners are available on longer jobs.
Clients typically save 30 to 50 percent on the same service, with the same OEM parts and the same factory procedure. The difference is no service advisor commission, no finance office, and no upsell quota.
Yes. Every modern AMG biturbo, every M-Sport, every Audi RS/S, and Porsche GT3/GT4. Continuous factory training keeps the bench current with the high-performance platforms across all four marques.
Book the next service. We’ll handle the rest.
Same-day on most A-services and many B-services. Concierge pickup from Brickell to Bal Harbour available.
