Every modern Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Porsche has a tire homologation programme behind it. The factory tests with one tire model. The chassis is signed off on one set of compounds. The TPMS thresholds, the active suspension maps, the ESP cut-in points — all calibrated against that homologation. Run a generic 245/40 R19 on a C63 and you’ve technically passed the spec sheet; you’ve also changed the car.
We stock and fit the marque-approved homologation: MO and MOE for Mercedes, star-marked for BMW, RO1 for Audi RS, N-spec for Porsche. We mount on a no-touch wheel machine, balance with a Hunter Road Force, and align on a Hawkeye Elite imaging rack — not the lasers most shops still run. Every alignment ships with a printed before/after and we document ride heights for air-suspension cars. Tires aren’t a commodity on these platforms. They’re part of how the car was designed.

Most shops still align with lasers. We don’t. The Hawkeye Elite reads four targets with four cameras, captures thrust angle, cross-camber, and ride-height in seconds, and prints a before/after sheet you can keep. Compatible with Airmatic, PASM, Adaptive M, and every modern adaptive damper.
Nine numbers. One geometry.
An alignment that only reads toe and camber is half an alignment. Modern Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Porsche chassis need the full set — ride height referenced, thrust angle confirmed, steering-angle sensor reset.
Camber
Front and rear, left and right. Adjusted to factory spec, or to a measured performance setting on track-day cars.
Toe
Individual toe per wheel, total toe per axle, and toe-out on turns. The number that wears tires fastest if it’s off.
Caster
Steering feel and self-centering. Often ignored, easily set on most platforms with cam-bolt or shim adjustment.
Thrust Angle
The rear axle’s heading versus the chassis centerline. Off-thrust cars dog-track and pull. Frequently neglected.
Cross-Camber & Cross-Caster
Left-to-right balance. Even a 0.3-degree mismatch produces a measurable pull. We zero it where the chassis allows.
Ride Height
Documented before any alignment on Airmatic, PASM, Adaptive M, and air-suspension Porsche / RS6 cars. Reference for true geometry.
Corner Balance
Available for performance and track-day cars. Driver-weighted, full tank, equal diagonal-pair distribution.
Steering-Angle Sensor
Reset via the factory diagnostic tool after every alignment. Required for ESP, lane-keep assist, and active steering to stay calibrated.
ADAS Recalibration
Forward camera, radar, and surround-view targets. Required after alignment changes, windshield work, or suspension geometry changes.
The wheel matters as much as the rubber on it.
Forged OEM wheels through factory channels. Refurbishment in original finish. Hardware to factory torque. Lug locks, valve stems, and TPMS sensors handled properly — not as an afterthought.

Curb-Rash Refinishing

Hub-Centric Fitment
Bore, stud pattern, and offset verified before mounting. No hub-centric rings on cars that shouldn’t see them.
Torque to Factory Spec
Hand-torqued to model-specific Nm value. Lug-bolt or stud, original hardware. No impact-gun overtorque.
TPMS Programming
Sensor pairing through XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, or PIWIS. We replace as a full set when one battery fails.
Lug Locks & Keys
McGard, OEM, or no locks at all — client’s call. We catalogue keys against your file so loss isn’t catastrophic.
Spare-Set Storage
Summer / winter rotation for snowbird clients. Indoor climate-controlled storage between visits.

Conventional balancing only checks weight distribution. Road-force balancing on a Hunter GSP9700 also measures how the tire deflects under simulated road load — identifying tires or wheels with manufacturing variation that would cause vibration even when perfectly weight-balanced. We index-mark and rotate to minimise force on every set.
Yes. We carry TPMS sensors for all four marques and program them with the factory diagnostic tool. Both clamp-in and snap-in styles. Sensors have a 5–7 year battery life; we replace the full set as a matter of policy when one fails.
The alignment is performed at the documented factory ride height. If your Airmatic, air-suspension, or PASM ride height is off — from a worn strut, sagging valve block, or calibration drift — we’ll catch it during pre-alignment ride-height verification and quote the correction before we proceed. No point aligning a chassis that isn’t sitting where it should.
Yes. Indoor climate-controlled storage between visits for snowbird and seasonal-use clients. We label, photograph, and document tread depth on every set we store. Rotation between summer and winter sets is by appointment.
